This policy governs the terms under which students may request a refund for courses purchased through realestateschool.org By purchasing a course, you agree to this policy.
A full refund of the course purchase price will be given if all of the following conditions have been met:
Time Limit: The refund request must be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days of the original course purchase date.
Course Progress Limit: The student has completed less than ten percent (10%) of the total course material, as tracked by our learning management system.
Cancellation Notice: A cancellation notice/request must be formally submitted within the 30-day purchase window.
Instead of a mailed written notice, all cancellations must be submitted electronically through the student portal:
Log in to your student account at realestateschool.org.
Navigate to the "Purchase History" then click on "Refund Requests" button
Select the specific course and formally submit the cancellation request.
The electronic submission of the request serves as the official written cancellation notice.
No refund will be given after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Once a valid cancellation request is received and eligibility is verified, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.
The refund will be issued within 30 days of the receipt of the cancellation request.
Revocation of Access: Upon the approval and initiation of the refund, access to the course and all associated materials will be immediately and permanently revoked.
