How do I get a real estate license in Washington?
Complete 90 hours of DOL-approved pre-license education (the 60-hour Washington Real Estate Fundamentals course plus the 30-hour Real Estate Practices course), pass the PSI broker exam covering the national and Washington state portions, submit fingerprints for a background check, then apply to the Washington Department of Licensing and affiliate with a managing broker.
